My husband & I have lived here for 2 years now & love I love it. Our neighbors are really nice and super quiet and we are really close to the North Fort Gate. Their maintenance person has gotten all of my work orders done within 2 days unless it was something they had to order. They called me to let me know they had to order a part so it might be a little longer. Overall I would totally refer someone to live here!

I have been in Washington for about 4 years for the military and have lived at Harbor Oaks for almost 3 years. I always have a parking space near my apartment when I get home. I have really quiet neighbors who have been living here about the same time frame that I have. Staff is really nice and you always see them out on the property. It's nice, it really seems like they care about us. The lawns and parking lots are always taken care of and clean. I love this location!

We have lived here for several years and have enjoyed the management very much. The newly renovated units are sublime, with new floors, brand new kitchen cabinets and stainless steel appliances. Every unit also has its own washer and dryer. I love that the apartments are one level, nobody above or below you. Each one has a nice patio and a lawn, and you can even garden! The staff is not only professional, but they are also super nice and friendly.
